Increasing operating pressures for modern industrial, automotive, aerospace & defence systems require the application of autofrettage processes to improve component fatigue life.

With high pressure expertise to 1400 MPa (200,000 psi, 14000 bar) & regularly applying autofrettage techniques, in house, to the manufacture of our own pressure systems, SFP provide a comprehensive service to our customers. We offer autofrettage as a subcontract service in our purpose built in-house facility. We design and manufacture systems for autofrettaging of components and we offer advice & design of test fixtures & sealing systems for autofrettage.

SFP systems are based around our own proven range of high pressure pumps, pressure intensifiers, valves & components, ensuring highest levels of reliability & product support.
